Custom Orders

Custom and pre-orders:

1. Add your selected piece to cart.

2. At the cart, use the 'Comments' section to indicate your colour preferences. For example, tell us if you'd like blue, green, red tartan etc, or if there are any colours you particularly love or wish to avoid. Also include any relevant measurements, depending on your selected piece.

3. The Hydra team will reach out to you to discuss your purchase in detail. We'll offer you various options to tailor your custom piece to your liking.

4. Once your piece is created, we'll ship it to you. Typically, for custom pieces this entire process takes around 4 weeks. For pre-orders, the delivery time will be indicated in the product description, but is approximate.
